Otter Operations UK Limited and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provide this Privacy Policy to explain our privacy and information practices for our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and our social media pages and events (the “services”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect, how that personal data is used and disclosed, and your rights and choices regarding your personal data.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process personal data in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers, including where our customers choose to input personal data on our restaurant management platform.     • The services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.
